Mr. Berger is born in 1984 in Chemnitz; studied Law from 2005 to 2011 at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University, Greifswald; from 2007/2008 semester abroad at the University of Ramon Llull (Esade) in Barcelona.
Mr. Berger passed the German First State Legal Examination in 2011 and from 2011 to 2013 studied Management & Economics at the Ruhr-University Bochum; 2015/2016 specialisation course in inheritance and taxation law.
He sat the Second State Legal Examination in 2017 and worked as Attorney since 2017;
From 2017 to 2019: Master in Business and Taxation law (LL.M.).
Mr. Berger worked as attorney-at-law for a law office in Krefeld and Hanover from 2017 to 2019.
Since 2019, Mr. Berger works as attorney-at-law at the partnership Horak Attorneys at Law.
Authorized to represent before all German district, regional and higher regional courts.
University lecturer for intellectual property, copyright and media law at the Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaft und Kunst (HAWK) Hildesheim since 2019.
